I drank coffee on an empty stomach this morning and suffered from negative thought loops for a few hours. I don't know why I did that. I usually drink decaf these days, and if I do drink half decaf / caffeinated, I make absolute sure to eat something beforehand. Shrug. Never again. Teasy and I were able to call for a little while and that helped bring me to my senses.
